A question for Mr Vice

Drastic change will come from the new appionted Minister of Health ...How can it come when the same minister could not even trust his same health care in the country and went off to China to go and get medical treatment on a private jet that the poor citizens of the country are facing .His appointment to be the Minister of Health is even a crime  accordingly to the Constitution of Zimbabwe ...So in other words you want us to trust a criminal to bring good health care to the country ..This is the same person who fired nurses early this year when theu complained about poor salary packages and this is the guy that will bring change ...The change that l see is no change at all ...just more ways of Chiwenga to do his corruption and to take more money away from the public.
